SnapTable is a Chrome extension for detecting, previewing, editing, and exporting tables from web pages.

What We Process

SnapTable processes table content from the web page you are viewing so it can show a preview and export the table in formats such as CSV, JSON, Excel, Markdown, SQL, LaTeX, and PNG.

What Is Stored Locally

• App settings such as theme, language, default export formats, and CSV delimiter
• License key, activation status, device activation ID, and subscription expiry information when you activate Pro
• Recently captured or favorited table snapshots when you use those features

Local-First Processing

Table detection, table extraction, preview, editing, pagination append, favorites, and export are processed locally in your browser. SnapTable does not upload captured table data to our servers.

Website Data

This public website is static. It does not create user accounts, run advertising trackers, or collect analytics data directly from visitors.

License Activation

When you activate SnapTable Pro, the extension sends your license key and a randomly generated installation identifier to SnapTable's license service at api.usetoolmint.com. This service is hosted using Cloudflare and validates the license with Creem. Captured table content is not sent during license activation.

To enforce device activation limits and validate subscription status, the license service stores a one-way hash of the license key and limited activation records, such as the installation identifier, plan, activation status, and subscription expiry date. It does not store captured table content or your full payment card details.

Payments

SnapTable Pro payments are processed by Creem. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Creem may process billing details, payment status, invoices, tax information, and related transaction metadata as needed to complete purchases, manage licenses, prevent fraud, and provide customer support.

• downloads to save exported files
• clipboardWrite to copy exported table content to your clipboard
• webNavigation to enumerate frames so tables inside iframes can be detected

Data Sharing

SnapTable does not sell personal data. Captured table data is not shared with third parties. License activation data is sent to SnapTable's license service, hosted using Cloudflare, and is validated with Creem. Payment, checkout, and related billing data are processed by Creem as needed to complete purchases, manage subscriptions or refunds, prevent fraud, and provide support.
